Shipping Policy

We value our customers' time & money and strive to ensure that they receive their purchased product in the finest condition on or before the committed date. To achieve this, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express & Ecom Express.


Delivery Timeline

While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, a general range to keep in mind would be 2–5 days.

For Metros & Tier 1 cities, delivery may take 3–4 working days, while for Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities and rural areas, it may take 5–7 working days.


Shipping Charges

Pan India: We provide free shipping across India.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost, or undelivered to your preferred location.

If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care at +91 9865326598 or email us at babystationhub@gmail.com, mentioning your order number, and we will make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.


Cancellation Policy

Baby Station Hub reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation under circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation or refund will be made within a reasonable time.

If a customer wishes to cancel his/her order after confirmation, he/she should either call us at +91 9865326598 or email us at babystationhub@gmail.com, stating the Order Number.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours, except under special circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be at the sole discretion of Baby Station Hub, and the refund will only be issued in the form of a credit voucher code.

Cancellation requests should be sent via email to babystationhub@gmail.com. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services.


SALE

Discount coupon codes are not applicable on sale products.


Customized Products / Orders

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

There will be no discount available for the customization cost of any product.


Facetime or Skype Call Orders

Products ordered on Facetime or Skype calls cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

There will be no discounts available on any product purchased through Facetime or Skype calls.

Products purchased through Facetime or Skype calls will be eligible for returns or refunds only if there are manufacturing defects. Accessories are not returnable.


Order Delay / Cancellations Due to Delay

Due to the complexity in production, occasionally a product may not be produced as expected, which may result in a delay in your order.

If our garment construction team finds that the measurements provided are incorrect or inconsistent, we may contact you to verify them. The time taken to recheck these measurements may also delay the order.

Once the garment construction process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.


Refunds

A cancelled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for future purchases or a refund to your bank account.

Refunds will be processed as a credit to the customer’s Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card account within 7 business days.

During peak periods such as sales or festive seasons, processing refunds may take slightly longer.

Products purchased during sale periods will not be eligible for refunds.

At no point will Baby Station Hub issue refunds exceeding the value of the product.
