Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel an order, please contact us with your Order ID via email or phone.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Baby Station Hub reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following situations:
- The order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The order is lost during transit.
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
- If the product has been used or damaged by the customer.
- If the return request is made after the allowed return period.
- Sale or discounted products may not be eligible for refunds unless they are defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photo or proof of damage
